1. Services Provided
Therapy Services
Able Autism Therapy Services provides evidence-based therapy services including:

Service Limitations
Our services are provided based on clinical assessment, insurance authorization, and availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion. Services are provided in accordance with professional standards, state regulations, and insurance requirements.
2. Client Responsibilities
Attendance and Participation
- Attend scheduled appointments promptly and regularly
- Provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Actively participate in therapy sessions and follow recommended interventions
- Implement home programs and strategies as directed
Information and Communication
- Provide accurate and complete information about your child's needs
- Inform us of any changes in medical condition, medications, or circumstances
- Communicate concerns or questions in a timely manner
- Update contact and insurance information as needed
Safety and Conduct
- Ensure the safety of your child and our staff during sessions
- Report any safety concerns immediately
- Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
- Follow all facility rules and guidelines
3. Payment and Billing
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, credit cards, and insurance (when applicable)
- Co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services are your responsibility
- Returned check fees and collection costs may apply to delinquent accounts
Insurance
We will work with your insurance company to maximize coverage, but:
- You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits and requirements
- We cannot guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement
- You remain financially responsible for all services regardless of insurance status
- Prior authorization requirements must be met before services begin
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in charges
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in service termination
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable laws:
- All client information is kept strictly confidential
- Information may only be shared with your written authorization or as required by law
- You have the right to access your records and request amendments

5. Professional Standards and Limitations
Scope of Practice
- Our therapists practice within their professional scope and competence
- We do not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe medications
- Emergency situations should be addressed by calling 911 or seeking immediate medical attention
- We may refer to other professionals when appropriate
Treatment Outcomes
While we use evidence-based practices and work diligently toward your goals, we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Progress varies based on individual factors, and success requires collaboration between our team, you, and your child.
6. Website Use and Restrictions
Permitted Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes related to our services
- Information on our site is for general educational purposes
- You may not use automated systems to access our website
- All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

8. Termination of Services
Client-Initiated Termination
- You may discontinue services at any time with appropriate notice
- Outstanding balances remain due after termination
- We will provide appropriate transition support when possible
- Records will be maintained according to legal requirements
Provider-Initiated Termination
We may terminate services under certain circumstances:
- Non-payment of fees or violation of payment agreements
- Violation of safety policies or threatening behavior
- Non-compliance with treatment recommendations
- When services are no longer clinically appropriate
9. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
